Pay it Forward Program

At Bucks County Softplay, we believe every child deserves the chance to play, celebrate, and make special memories. Our Play It Forward Giveback Program was created to give a little extra joy to local families who may be going through a challenging season or could simply use something special to look forward to.

Applications are open year-round, and two families are selected each year to receive a complimentary Mini Soft Play Package, including delivery, setup, and breakdown.

Families must live within 5 miles of 19047 to be eligible. Simply complete our application and tell us a little about your family and why this experience would be meaningful to you.

With your consent, we may share small portions of your family's story to help spread awareness about the program and the impact of giving back to our community. Your privacy and comfort are important to us.

What to Know Before Applying

The Play It Forward Process

Our Play It Forward Giveback Program accepts applications year-round, making it easy for families to apply whenever the need arises.

Each year, four families will be selected—one recipient per quarter—to receive a complimentary Mini Soft Play Package. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, and requested event dates must be at least six weeks after the application is submitted.

If your family is selected, we will contact you by email with the next steps and work with you to coordinate your special day..

The Play It Forward Process

Play It Forward was created to bring a little extra joy to families experiencing challenging or meaningful seasons of life. Families who may benefit include, but are not limited to:

Foster families
Families experiencing financial hardship
Single-parent households
Families with a child undergoing medical treatment
Families who have recently experienced a loss
Families with a deployed military parent
Families of children with special needs

What to Know Before Applying

Play It Forward recipients are required to follow the same safety guidelines and rental policies as all Bucks County Softplay rentals. Selected families will be asked to review and sign our standard rental agreement and liability waiver.

An adult must supervise the equipment throughout the event, and all equipment must be cared for and returned in its original condition.

All complimentary rentals are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate requested dates; however, specific equipment, colors, or dates cannot be guaranteed.

If selected, we may ask for your permission to share bits and pieces of your family's story on our website or social media. Your comfort and privacy are important to us, and anonymity can be respected upon request

What Does “Rolling Application” Mean?

We've kept our application simple. We'll ask for basic contact information, a little about your family's story or circumstances, and your preferred event date.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. By applying, you acknowledge that selected recipients must agree to our standard rental terms, safety requirements, and liability waiver.

What Does “Rolling Application” Mean?

There is no application deadline. Families may apply at any time throughout the year.

Applications are reviewed as they are received, with one family selected each quarter for a total of four families per year. Qualified applications that are not selected immediately may be considered for an upcoming quarter, provided the requested event date still meets our scheduling requirements.

Please remember: your event must be scheduled at least six weeks from the date you submit your application.
