Absolutely! We provide ball pit ball colors, animal hoppers and floor tiles to match your event colors at your request and no cost to you.
We are also able to offer at an additional cost, custom vinyl Decals, Signage, Cut outs and Block decals as well as an array of color options. Just ask!
-Adults, no sitting on any of the play equipment. This will cause damage to our equipment and can risk cost of replacement.
-No face paint, slime, chalk, markers, crayons, paint, play doh, any other colored objects or any sharp objects are allowed in the soft play area.
-No food, drinks, candy, or chewing gum allowed on the soft play equipment.
-No shoes or heels are to be worn on the soft play equipment. Socks only. The equipment is used by young children. We ask that shoes stay off the play area.
-No Confetti, glitter, or sand on the play equipment. Additional fees will apply if there is confetti, glitter, sand or anything in the play area.
-Soft play equipment must not be moved once set up, if found in a different location security deposit will not be refunded.
If our Soft Play equipment are damaged due to negligence or preventable circumstances, a repair charge will be incurred or full replacement. A cleaning charge may also be applied if the items under the general rules are to be found overlooked. The general rules are as follows to ensure your safety and the integrity of our equipment. No shoes (or heels), no food or drinks, nothing that my stain or puncture, no over crowding, no wrestling, no silly string, confetti or glitter, no sand, no face paint.
All ball pit balls are to be back inside the ball pit by the time of pick up, or an additional fee may be added. The equipment must not be moved after it's set up.
We currently offer our soft play rentals for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you have a date that is not on those days please email us, we may be able to accommodate you !
Yes! $100 none refundable deposit is required to confirm booking, along with a signed online contract.

Outdoor events are subject to a $65.00 fee due to the extra equipment and cleaning that is needed.
Softplay can be set up in Backyards, Venues, Houses, Apartments and halls!
We can set up outside as long as weather permits and there is a flat leveled surface designated for the equipment. Slopes or uneven surfaces will jeopardize our ability to safely set up. Outdoor set up is on grass, grass must be clean, cut, and dry.
We ask that you keep the equipment is a shaded area where the equipment won't get too hot for the children. Under trees, canopy's, patios work just fine!
We ask that all balls are to stay in the play area, inside the ball pit to ensure faster clean up time. IF balls are found outside the ball pit, there will be an additional charge.
We will arrive 1-3 hours prior to your event start time to begin set up. If there will be any restrictions that may delay set up (like stairs, lack of parking, small enterways etc.) Please let us know prior to the event so that we can plan accordingly & arrive earlier if needed.
We will deliver, set up, and breakdown ALL play equipment. Our setup and removal of the equipment will take about 45 to an hour depending on the package; this is not included in your booked time. Please take this into account when booking venue times. Also please ensure easy access to the venue for unloading and loading of the soft play equipment. Any restrictions (e.g. lack of parking, stairs) must be reported prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee.
Bucks County Soft Play will not set up equipment outdoors if it is raining. The equipment will become slippery and to unsafe for kids to play on.
We ask that you have a back up plan in case we need to set indoors.
*Once the equipment is fully set up and your event has started a refund will not be issued.
*You can reschedule based on availability if we have not set up and rain is a concern for your event.
No there is not a travel fee if you live within 10 miles of Langhorne, PA.
All events outside this area will be charged a Delivery Fee based on location zip code of $2.85 per mile.
All parking fees are the responsibility of the hiring party and are due within 48 hours of the event.
Our rental period is up to 4 hours. We are UNABLE to prorate an event less than 4 hours. This limits our ability to rent elsewhere as we do multiple events a day. Thank you for understanding our policy.
All of our packages are rented for 4 hours of soft play fun! We deliver and set up equipment 1-2 hours prior to your rental time. We do offer additional rental time at the time of booking for $50 per hour.
Sometimes our event pickups do run longer then expected and your rental is free any addtional hours we run behind.
The sooner the better! As we do book up pretty fast! Bookings are reserved on a first come first serve basis with a signed contract and deposit. Packages are only rented once per day to ensure sanitation. We HIGHLY suggest you book in advance to make sure that your date is available, as weekends fill up quickly.
We currently accept our payments through PayPal (5% added to total), Venmo and Direct Bank Transfers. We also accept cash.
Our equipment including our ball pit balls are throughly sanitized and disinfected with hospital grade cleaner before each event!
Should you need to cancel, please make sure you notify us ASAP. You may choose a different date within 30 days of the date you canceled. Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE!
Deposits are due within 48 hours a waiver and contract are sent.
Final Payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event scheduled.
Those for Larger parties and or have a payment with us, payments must be made on your selected dates of payments or waiver and contract become null and voided.
